Dubbing videos for comedic purposes is a long standing comedic tradition. The folks at Bad Lip Reading give it a twist by dubbing their lip-reading interpretation of the videos. And if you ever meet Newt Gingrich make sure you have some wildflowers and a basket of peaches.
